摘要
[目的]观察补肾益气化瘀汤治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组30例强的松,8∽12周,1mg/kg·d,6∽8个月0.5mg/kg·d,早晚口服;1g环磷酰胺＋500mL 0.9%氯化钠,每月一次。治疗组30例补肾益气化瘀汤（生黄芪30g,仙灵脾20g,石苇15g,熟附子、川芎、红花、全当归、川续继、怀牛膝各10g）,1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚温服。连续治疗56d为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿蛋白、血蛋白、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,显效8例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈10例,显效7例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]补肾益气化瘀汤治疗难治性肾病综合征效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] to observe the kidney qi blood decoction treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome curative effect. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,60 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. Control group 30 cases of prednisone,8 ~ 12 weeks,1 mg/kg,d,6 ~ 8 months of 0.5mg/kg,oral sooner or later. 1 g cyclophosphamide＋500 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride,once a month. Treatment group 30 cases of kidney qi blood decoction（Shenghuangqi 30 g,Xianlingpi20 g,Shiwei 15 g,Shufuzi,Chuangqiong,Honghua,Quandanggui,Chuanxuduan,Huanniuxi 10 g）,1 / d,Fried 300 ml water,morning and evening temperature. Continuous treatment of 56 d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,urine protein,blood protein,adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [result] the treatment group cure of 17 cases,8 cases were markedly effective,effective 4 cases,1 had no effect,total effective rate was 96.67%. The control group,10 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 86.67%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The decoction for invigorating qi blood circulation refractory nephrotic syndrome effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
