摘要
针对铅酸蓄电池在使用过程中出现的硫酸盐化问题,开发了一套蓄电池硫化修复系统。该系统通过微控制器单元对采集的电池工况参数进行分析与处理,来实时调节控制脉冲频率和幅值。通过修复实验,结果表明修复后的蓄电池性能得到明显提高,所设计的脉冲修复系统完全满足设计要求。
Regarding the sulfation of lead-acid batteries in service, a repair system for vulcanized lead-acid batteries was developed. Through the microcontroller, the system can analyze and process collected parameters which concerning the battery' s working condition, and it can regulate and control both pulse frequency and amplitude. The experiment on repairing operation shows that the performance of repaired batteries can be improved obviously as the design required
