摘要
结合斩波和H桥式变换技术,解决了煤矿井下660 V交流供电限制高频开关电源技术的应用问题,成功研制了煤矿井下新型隔爆充电机.选用高性能DSP芯片设计了充电机的控制电路和控制程序,实现了多种智能充电方式.在充电过程中可以进行充电数据的自动采集、实时显示、批量存储及分析处理等.与传统充电机相比,具有体积小、重量轻、使用简单、维护方便,高效节能等优点.可以满足不同用户对蓄电池充电的要求,具有较好的通用性.现场使用表明,所研制的井下隔爆充电机性能稳定、运行可靠.
The novel explosion proof charger is developed with chopper and H-bridge converter technology,so the application problem of high frequency switch power technology is solved.Charger control circuit and control program is designed by high performance DSP,then various charger methods and functions can be released like data acquisition and real-time display.Compared with traditional charger,it has such advantages as small cubage,light weight,easy use,easy maintenance and high efficiency and good general character,and so can be fit to meet different customer demands.The intelligent charger is already applied on industrial field and indicates that intelligent charger performance is steady and the running is reliable.
