摘要
肛瘘治疗,特别是高位复杂性肛瘘的治疗,一直是肛肠外科难点之一。目前,诊治肛瘘的方法较多且存在不同程度的不足,因此不能达到令人满意的疗效。本文回顾和总结国外肛瘘诊治的经验和现状,希望对于肛瘘的诊治能够有所帮助。
Anal fistula treatment, especially high complex anal fistula, is one of the difficulties in anorectal surgery. Because of drawbacks in treatment methods, there are no satisfactory results in anal fistula treatment. This paper reviews and summarizes the experience or status quo of diagnosis and treatment in anal fistula abroad, hope to be helpful.
