摘要
基于某汽车发动机水泵轴连轴承与法兰过盈配合结构的承载及强度要求,通过理论计算确定初始过盈量的取值范围,并考虑温度及转速的影响对过盈量进行了修正。此外采用有限元法对该过盈结构的变形、等效应力及接触压力进行了分析。研究表明:由于该轴连轴承与法兰的尺寸及转速都较小,故其离心力对过盈量的影响可以忽略不计;法兰接触区两端边缘处存在明显的应力集中现象,因此需考虑其对结构强度的影响进而对最大过盈量进行修正,最终过盈量的合理范围为0.013~0.023mm。
Based on the loading and strength requirements of shaft--bearing and flange interference fit structure of an automobile water pump, the range of original magnitude of interference is determined by theoretical calculation, and the magnitude of interference is modified with considering the effect of temperature and rotational speed. In addition, the deformation, equivalent stress and contact pressure of the interference structure are analyzed by using the finite element method. The results show that the influence of the centrifugal force on the magnitude of interference can be neglected because the size and speed of the shaft--bearing and flange are both small. Moreover, because there is obvious stress concentration at the both ends of flange contact zone, so the maximum magnitude of interference should be modified by considering the effect on the structural strength. Finally, the reasonable magnitude of interference between shaft--bearing and flange is obtained as 0. 013~0. 023 mm.
