摘要
在构造修形齿面,结合齿轮承载接触分析(LTCA)、以轮齿承载接触传动误差幅值最小为优化目标,采用遗传算法优化最佳修形参数的基础上,针对大量常用参数和工况下的直齿轮进行齿廓修形计算,利用回归分析方法筛选数据、建立回归模型,得到最佳修形量和反映修形效果的传动误差幅值比回归公式。通过算例与现有经验公式进行比较,验证其正确性。
With the minimum amplitude of loaded transmission error of drive gear as the optimization objective, with constructed the modified tooth surfaces, applying the LTCA and used genetic algorithm, on the basis of optimizing the best modification parameter, a large number of common used straight tooth of profile modification are calculated. Then, the data is filtered by using the method of regression analysis and the regression model is built, the optimum amount of modification and the regression formula of the amplitude ratio of transmission error which reflect the modification effect are got. Through the numerical example comparing with existing empirical formula, the correctness is verfied.
