摘要
文章以轻型履带拖拉机传动系统齿轮为研究对象,基于Romax工具软件对齿轮进行修形分析,比较修形前后轮齿表面载荷分布情况与传动误差,结果证明齿轮修形可有效减少齿轮传动误差的浮动范围,优化齿面载荷分布,改善齿轮传动性能。
Taking the gears of light tracked tractor transmission system as the research object,the gear modification is analyzed based on Romax software.The load distribution of gear surface and transmission error modification are compared.The results show that the gear modification can effectively reduce the transmission error,optimize the load distribution on the gear surface and improve the gear transmission performance.
