摘要
通过加入元素Mn并配合热处理工艺来控制A356铝合金富铁相的形态。研究表明:合金经过热处理后,加入Mn能够使大部分针状铁相β-Al5FeSi转变成粒径较为均一的颗粒状或树枝状铁相α-Al(Fe,Mn)Si;预先热处理与铸态相比力学性能更好,改变Mn的加入量能够控制块状铁相的粒径大小;经过Mn与热处理共同作用的A356铝合金的抗拉强度提高30-40MPa,伸长率提高4%~6%。
The control of the shape of iron-rich phase was explored by adding manganese in melt ofA356 alloy and heat treatment. The results show that the needle-like iron phase β-A15FeSi can mostly be transformed into lumpish or dendritic by adding manganese after heat treatment, and the grain sizes are symmetrical. The better effect can be gained by adding less manganese after heat treatment, and the grain size can be controlled by controlling the amount of manganese basically. After the Mn addition and heat treatment, the tensile strength and elongation of A356 alloy are improved by 30-40 MPa and 4 %-6 %, respectively.
