摘要
本文研究了用稀土和锰复合合金化消除高铁活塞铝合金中针状铁相及其对机械性能的影响。试验结果表明,铁相形态主要决定于 Mn/Fe 值;铁相尺寸主要决定于 Re/Mn 值;铁相数量则与 Re/Mn 和 Mn/Fe 都有关。在高铁活塞铝合金中,通过调整 Re/Mn 和 Mn/Fe 值,可以获得良好的室温和高沮强度,耐磨性也有显著改善。
This paper deals with the neutralization of needle iron phases in Aluminum alloy containing higher iron content for pistons by the compound addition of mischmetall and manganse and the ef- fects on mechanical properties.The experimental result shows that the shape of iron phases de- pends mainly on the rate of Mn/Fe in the alloy;the size mainly on rate of Re/Mn;and the num- ber is related to the both rates of Re/Mn and Mn/Fe.It has been proved that good room-and high-temperature strength and wear resistance would be reached in the alloy by adjusting the rates of Re/Mn and Mn/Fe.
