摘要
校企合作订单班的基因工程实验教学,根据工作任务确定教学内容,在实验教学中采用三元模式,即技能分解模式、差异化教学模式、任务驱动模式进行职业技能的训练,同时突出细致、严谨、耐心、善于比较、分析等良好职业素养的培养,实践证明这样的方式有利于培养学生扎实的实践操作技能,提高职业能力,企业满意度高。
The teaching content of Genetic Engineering experiment is determined by the task for the order class. The teacher should make vocational skill training by skill breaking-down model, differentiation teaching model and task-driven model, as well as emphasize the cultivation of vocational quality such as carefulness, strictness, patience, the ability of comparison and analysis, etc. The practice has testified that this is beneficial to the cultivation of strong experiment skills, enhancing vocational capability, and improvement of enterprises' satisfaction.
