摘要
本文通过对MOOC(大规模在线开放课程)的相关分类研究,选取基于关联主义的cMOOC模式作为对企业学习管理系统(LMS)的借鉴基础,从学员学习的自主性、基于社交网媒的学习互动性、课程内容的非结构化等方面分析了cMOOC的特征,并将这些特征应用于企业LMS的设计中,改进了传统LMS的设计,使基于MOOC的LMS成为更开放的学习管理平台,帮助企业提升培训的效率和效果。
