摘要
针对高新技术企业自主创新能力要素构成问题,从高新技术企业的特点出发,基于企业内部创新活动和创新方法对于创新活动支持的视角,通过分析现有成果,结合案例企业访谈研究,应用扎根理论的编码手段,确定高新技术企业自主创新能力要素构成的十二个概念类属;进行内容效度分析和项目分析,提出各概念类属的测量项目;形成调研问卷,搜集样本数据,应用因素分析方法,分析高新技术企业自主创新能力因素组成,检验了调查量表建构效度与内部一致性信度,研究建立了包括创新技法获取和应用能力、创新成果转化能力、模糊前端创新能力、技术战略创新能力、商业化能力的高新技术企业自主创新能力的要素构成。
Aiming factor composition of independent innovation ability for the High-tech enterprises, based on enterprise internal innovation activities and innovation method support, twelve concept generics were established through studying on related work, combining with business interviews and applying coding method of grounded theory. Measurement items of the twelve concept generics were put forward by content validity analysis and project analysis. Via using questionnaires to collect sampling data, factors composition of the independent innovation ability for the High-tech enterprises was analyzed by applying factor analysis method. The construction validity and internal consistency reliability of the questionnaires were inspected. The factors composition model of independent innovation ability for the High-tech enterprises was established. It includes innovative methods＇ acquiring and application ability, transformation of innovation ability, fuzzy front end innovation ability, technical strategy innovation ability and commercial ability.
