摘要
目的研究神经生长因子联合传统用药治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011-06—2013-03我院收治的100例(100眼)前部缺血性视神经病变患者的临床资料。结果治疗后患者的LogMAR视力表评分明显比治疗前高,视野平均缺损值和P-VEP100潜伏期均值均明显比治疗前低,治疗前后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);100例患者不良事件的总发生率71%。结论神经生长因子联合传统用药治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效良好,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of nerve grow th factor combined with traditional drug in the treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy .Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy who had been treated in our hospital from June 2011 to March 2013 were retrospectively analyzed .Results After treatment ,the pa-tient＇s visual acuity LogMAR score was significantly higher ,the vision mean defect and P -VEP100 mean latencies were signifi-cantly lower than those of before treatment ,the differences of them before and after treatment were statistically significant （P〈0 .05）;The overall incidence rate of adverse events of the 100 patients was 71% .Conclusion The clinical efficacy of nerve growth factor combined with traditional drug is good in the treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy ,and they were wor-thy of promoting in clinics .
