摘要
复方樟柳碱为氢溴酸樟柳碱普鲁卡因复方制剂,具有全面改善眼缺血和保护视神经等多种作用。主要用于治疗缺血性视神经、视网膜及脉络膜病变。近年来该药的临床应用研究成为眼科医生关注的热点,并报道了较多新的研究成果和临床经验。现就近10a来全国各医疗机构对该药在眼科的临床应用研究进展作一综述。
Compound anisodine is a compound preparation made from hydrobromic acid, anisodine and procaine hydrochloride, which has many functions such as improving ocular ischemia, protecting optic nerves, and so on. It is mainly used in treating ischemic disorders of optic nerves, retina and choroids. Recently, clinical application research of the medicine has become a focus of ophthalmologists. Moreover, a number of new research achievements and much clinical experience have been reported. The present paper reviewed the research advances of the medicine applied clinically in department of ophthalmology in various medical institutions in China.
