摘要
以9个黄淮麦区广泛推广的小麦品种为材料,按照完全双列杂交方法 4配制36个杂交组合,研究了小麦重要农艺性状的杂种优势,并进行了配合力分析。结果表明,小麦农艺性状的杂种优势普遍存在,各性状的平均杂种优势均表现正向优势,穗粒质量和单株穗数的杂种优势最大,分别为9.64%和9.11%;单株粒质量杂种优势的变异幅度最大,组合石4185/济麦22的单株粒质量的杂种优势达52.25%;济麦22和烟农19的多个性状一般配合力较高,是组配强优势组合的良好亲本。
With 9 wheat varieties planted widely in Huang-huai wheat zone as material, 36 cross combinations were compounded based on the diallel crossing system 4 of GriMng, and on this basis heterosis and combining ability for the major agronomic characters in winter wheats was studied. The result showed that heterosis of agronomic traits of wheat was ubiquity, and the average heterosis of all characters showed positive advantages. The advantage of grain weight per spike and panicles per plant were the highest, 9.64% and 9.11%, respectively. The variation range of grain weight per plant was the largest, and the advantage of grain weight per plant of cross Shi 4185/Jimai 22 was up to 52.25%. The general combining ability of Jimai 22 and Yannong 19 was relatively higher in multiple traits, they are quality parents for compounding strong heterofic crosses.
