中西药结合促排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨中西药结合促排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕的临床疗效。方法:选取该院2010年2月—2013年2月收治的100例PCOS不孕患者为研究对象,抽签将其分为两组,各50例,对照组患者采取西药治疗,观察组患者行中西药结合治疗,对两组患者排卵效果及妊娠情况进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者排卵总有效率为90%,妊娠率86%;对照组患者排卵总有效率为62%,妊娠率54%,观察组患者排卵总有效率及妊娠率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:中西药结合治疗能有效促进患者排卵,改善其血清性激素水平,妊娠率较高,既安全又高效,值得在多囊卵巢综合征不孕症治疗中进一步应用。
