摘要
研究了目前市场上销量日益上升的世界第 5大切花扶郎的采后贮藏方法 ,观察比较了贮藏后切花的品质及货架寿命。以鲜重、花梗长度的变化情况为主要外观品质指标 ,以膜透性、可溶性糖含量为生理指标 ,对不同贮藏条件下 ,嫩黄、嫩橙、红桔 3个品种扶郎切花的生理状况进行了检测与比较 ,结果表明 :超声波预处液处理配合保鲜剂低温湿藏的处理组合 。
Cut flowers of three cultivars of gerbera (Gerbera L.) were stored under different conditions and their apparent quality parameters (fresh weight and flower peduncle length) and physiological indicators (membrane permeability and soluble sugar content) were compared. Ultrasonic wave pretreatment combined with preservative ( PT1 and VT1) treatment at 7.5±1℃ gave the best results and delayed senescence by 7~12 days.
