预处理对切花菊贮藏中含糖量及过氧化物酶活性的影响 被引量:37

摘要 前人研究指出,切花的质量与切花自身的含糖量及吸收外源糖的多少有关,切花在发育开放过程中自身贮备的糖分迅速消耗,必须补充外源糖才能满足其达到最佳观赏状态,糖分缺乏会加快衰老,降低观赏价值,缩短瓶插寿命。衰老过程往往还伴随着氧化酶活性的增强,在郁金香花冠、番茄、猕猴桃果实的衰老过程中都测定到过氧化酶活性增大这一现象,抑制过氧化物酶活性可能会延缓衰老。有关切花菊在贮藏过程中这两个参数的变化规律尚未见报道。本文探讨了切花菊低温贮藏过程中含糖量和过氧化物酶活性变化规律和不同的预处理液对切花菊贮藏过程中这二个参数的变化的影响。 材料与方法 材料 试验于1987年秋季在北京农业大学进行。切花菊(Dendranthema morifolium)品种为‘广东黄’。采收时发育程度为:外层小花4-5轮开放,花径约5-7cm;采收时间在上午9-11时;采收长度;60cm。 预处理 以 5%蔗糖+ 0.3mM硫代硫酸银( STS); Cut chrysanthemum were held in solutions contening sucrose and silver salt for 16h. Then stored them at low temperature ( 0 ±0.5℃ ) up to 5 weeks. The flower were sampled every week to analyse solu-ble sugar content and peroxidase activity. The results showed that pulsing treatment incraesed soluble sugar content of flower rapidly, kept a higher level, reached a peak in 2nd week of storage then declined. Peroxidase activity were been promoted by pulsing at the begining storage period then declined rapidly. During storage a 'valley stage' of peroxidase activity been observed. We suggusted sugar content and peroxidase activity may be two important factors related to cut chrysanthemum quality.
