文章认为地勘单位“小而全”的结构,是近年来难以走出资金短缺困境和效益不高的主要原因。只有组建和发展地勘企业集团,创造有利于生产要素合理流动和优化配置的环境,提高质量和效益,才能给地勘经济注入强大的活力。
The geological prospecting units, although small organizations, possess all functionary organs in structure. This accounts for the difficulties they have been confronted with in recent years——shortage of funds and poor economic performance. Only by forming and developing enterprise groups or associations and creating a favorable environment for rational operation and optimized allocation of the factors of production to improve their quality and performance can geological prospecting economy be strongly invigorated.
