燃煤污染型氟病区总摄氟量及摄氟途径研究 被引量:12

摘要 在三峡地区对燃煤污染程度不同的地方性氟中毒病区湖北巴东、姊归及四川彭水居民进行了总摄氟量及摄氟途径调查。巴东、姊归及彭水居民总摄氟量分别为2.92、6.09及11.27mg/p/d,从饮食摄入氟量,后两地分别超过限量(3.5mg/p/d)0.6及1.6倍、巴东未超过,但从空气中吸入氟量均超过其限量(0.084mg/p/d)3.8、5.2及26.5倍。这些结果表明从呼吸道吸入的氟化物对人体危害可能比从消化道摄入的大。 The total intake of fluoride and the possible routes for that were studied ofresidents in three fluorosis areas refered to three different level groups of gaspollution in“three Gorges”region of China.The results obtained showedthat the average daily fluoride intake per person and the amount from air,foodand drinking were 11.27,2.31,8.86,and 0.10mg/p/d,respectively,in severe pollu-tion area,6.09,0.52,4.12,and 1.45,mg/p/d respectively,in moderate area,wherepeople were in a habit of drinking tea;and 2.92,0.40,2.37 and 0.15mgp/d alsoin moderate on but without the habit.
