摘要
燃煤污染型氟中毒病区狗骨骼肌的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性均减低,前者明显;骨骼肌的病理变化为肌纤维染色深浅不一,肌纤维弯曲肿胀,严重者出现兰染区。本文从组织化学和病理学两个方面证明氟离子对骨髂肌的直接损伤作用,并为氟骨症骨质改变前期这一理论提供了客观依据。
This paper reveals that the activities of succinate-dehydro-genase (SDH) and lactate—dehydrogenase(LDH) are decreased in skeletal muscles in the dogs lived in the coal—firing contaminated fluorosis areas and the former is obviously. The pathologic changes were serious. Muscular fibre became crook and swelling, the serious sufferer appeared blue dye area.The results prove that fluorine ion is harm to the skeletal muscles cells directly and provide evidence for the theory of pre-skeletal fluorosis.
