摘要
目的 :探讨三羟基苯乙烯多酚抗紫外线皮肤损伤的作用。方法 :实验前将 1 2只豚鼠随机分为防护组 (三羟基苯乙烯多酚组 )和裸照组 (对照组 ) ,用急性递增剂量的紫外线 ( UVB、UVA)照射两组豚鼠的皮肤 ,达到一定累积照射剂量后 ,将两组动物处死 ,测定其皮肤内丙二醛 ( MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)含量。结果 :防护组豚鼠皮肤内 MDA含量明显低于裸照组 ,SOD含量明显高于裸照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,裸照组豚鼠皮肤光老化现象明显。结论 :三羟基苯乙烯多酚具有一定的防紫外线作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of tris hydroxycinnamate from ultraviolet ray injury on skin. Methods: Two groups consisting of twelve guinea pigs were exposed to acute progressive doses of ultraviolet ray(UVB,UVA) simultaneously. In tested group a layer of Tris hydroxycinnamate spreaded on guinea pig′s naked skin mend while the a other group of guinea pigs was sut up as control. After the required dose of UV, the two groups of guinea pigs were killed reached and the contents of MDA and SOD in skin were determined. Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference of the contents of MDA and SOD in skin between the two groups. Conclusion: Tris hydroxycinnamate possess some protective effect on skin from UV ray irradiation.
