摘要
目的 :探索准确判定骨骼肌变性程度的方法。方法 :采用透射电镜观察 2 5℃、30℃、35℃温度下缺血兔骨骼肌的变性过程。结果 :缺血兔骨骼肌分别于缺血后第 5、4、3h发生不可逆变性。结论 :缺血后骨骼肌变性的电镜观察可作为判定临床断肢再植时限的依据。
Objective: To explore a method of exactly evaluating the degree of degeneration in ischemic skeletal muscle. Methods: Electron microscope was used to examine the rabbit skeletal muscle degeneration after ischemia at 25℃, 30℃ and 35℃, respectively. Results: Under the electron microscope the irreversible muscular degeneration had happened at the 5th,4th and 3th hour, respectively,at 25℃, 30℃, 35℃ after development of ischemia. Conclusion: These data offer the basis appropriating periods for the amputated limb clinically.
