摘要
目的 :评价肝细胞生长因子 ( HGF)对肺癌细胞血管外游走的影响。方法 :利用体外癌细胞血管外游走模型 ,观察 VMRC- LCD、LK- 2、RERF- LC- KJ等 3种肺癌细胞的血管外游走状况 ,并计算游走至血管外的肺癌细胞数。结果 :LK- 2和 RERF- LC- KJ可以通过血管内皮细胞间缝隙游走至血管外、肝细胞生长因子能够刺激肺癌细胞更多地浸润至血管外基质。结论 :肝细胞生长因子能增强肺癌细胞的运动能力 。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of hepatocyte growth factor on extravasation migration of lung cancer cells. Methods: Observe extravasation migration of lung cancer cells (VMRC LCD,LK 2,RERF LC KJ) and figure out a count of lung cancer cells beneath the HUVEC monolayer (migrated lung cancer cells) using an vitro model of cancer cell transmigration across a monolayer of HUVEC cultured on collagen gel.Results: Lung cancer cells (LK 2 and RERF LC KJ) cought migrate through a gap between adjacent endothelial cells into collagen gel, A number of transmigrated lung cancer cells(LK 2 and RERF LC KJ) was found before treatment with hepatocyte growth factor. Conclusion: Hepatocyte growth factor as a motogen may stimulate extravasation migration of the lung cancer cell.
