白细胞介素18的研究进展 被引量:18

摘要 IL-18以前称为IFN-γ诱生因子,在结构上与IL-1相似,在功能上与IL-12相似,具有刺激T细胞增殖、增强NK细胞的细胞毒作用、抗肿瘤和抗微生物感染的作用,并且在急性GVHD发展和慢性GVHD的防治中发挥重要的作用,是一个多功能的值得研究的细胞因子。
