摘要
目的 :研究 1,2 5 (OH) 2 D3 、rhBMP2 及IL - 1对髁突软骨细胞碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)活性的影响。方法 :消化法培养 2周新西兰白兔的髁突软骨细胞 ,用酶动力学方法检测 1,2 5 (OH) 2 D3 、rhBMP2 、IL - 1对该细胞中ALP活性的影响。结果 :对照组正常髁突软骨细胞随体外培养时间的延长 ,ALP活性持续增加。 1,2 5(OH) 2 D3 、rhBMP2 作用组细胞ALP活性持续上升 ;而IL - 1作用下细胞ALP活性在经历作用 2d内显著上升后开始持续下降 ,ALP水平明显低于对照组。结论 :1,2 5 (OH) 2 D3 和rhBMP2 均可刺激髁突软骨细胞中ALP活性上升 ,但二者的变化特征并不完全相同 ;而IL -
AIM: To investigate the effects of 1,25(OH) 2D 3?rhBMP2 and IL-1 on the activity of ALP of mandibular condylar chondrocytes (MCC). METHODS: MCC of two-week-old New Zealand rabbits were isolated with enzyme digestion and cultured. The activity of ALP was determined by modified enzyme dynamical method. RESULTS : ALP of control increased by a time-dependent. 1,25(OH) 2D 3 and rhBMP 2 could both stimulate the ALP activity of MCC, while IL-1 could obviously inhibite it. CONCLUSION: ALP activity of MCC could be augmented markedly by either 1,25(OH) 2D 3 or rhBMP 2 in different mechanism, and inhibited by IL-1.
