摘要
针对低速重载轴承特点 ,提出了适合于低速重载轴承故障诊断的共振解调方法。通过自制的低频加速度传感器拾取了斗轮式堆取料机回转支承滚动轴承的振动信号 ,利用此方法进行了故障诊断 。
This paper presents a new demodulated resonance method for fault diagnosis of low speed and high load rolling bearing by analyzing the features of the bearing.Using home_made low_frequency acceleration transducer,the vibration signal of the cross_rolling bearing in the gyration_support installing of combination bucket_wheel stacker reclaimer.had been measured on the spot.Appling this method,the bearing was diagnosed.And the result is correct.
