摘要
以甲醛和胺作为胺甲基化试剂 ,合成了丙二酸亚异丙酯及其 5 单取代烃基衍生物的Mannich碱 。
A new synthetic method for synthesizing Mannich bases of Meldrum's acid and its 5-monoalkyl derivatives by using formaldehyde and amine as aminomethylating agent is reported. The chemical properties of the Mannich bases of Meldrum's acid and their derivatives are also discussed in this paper.
