摘要
报道了超声雾化器改装后作为空气 -氩ICP_AES的进样装置 ,研究了多元素同时分析的最佳实验条件 ,在高频功率为3.8kV×0.80A、载气流量0.80L/min、观察高度1.0cm的条件下 ,对大多数元素其谱线较强而背景辐射较弱 ;测定了人发中的Al、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Mo和Ni。
A retrofitted ultrasonic nebulizer for air-argon ICP- AES is described. The optimal experimental conditions for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements with the instrument employed by the authors have been found to be as follows: the high- frequency induction power of 3.8 kV×0.80 A, the carrier gas flow rate of 0.80 L/min and the observation height of 1.0 cm. The method was employed to determine the contents of Al, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo and Ni in human hair with recovery rates between 95%~104%.
