摘要
采用自行设计和安装的微反 色谱联用装置 ,在 5 0~ 70℃ ,n(H2 O) /n(COS) =6 0~ 5 5 0的条件下 ,以TGH为催化剂 ,对羰基硫催化水解反应本征动力学进行了研究 .利用不同的目标函数 ,采用非线性Marquart法对实验数据进行回归 ,所建立的本征动力学方程式为r(COS) =- dXd(W/f(COS) ) =1 82·10 14 p(COS)p-0 5(H2 O) exp - 75 80 08 374T .并对其反应机理进行了探讨 .
A microreactor-GC apparatus was used for studying the reaction kinetics of COS hydrolysis over TGH catalyst. The COS hydrolysis in lower temperature range (50similar to70degreesC) and higher H2O/COS molar ratio range (60similar to550) was investigated. By fitting different objective functions with nonlinear Marquart computer program to the data obtained under the experimental conditions, the optimal reaction rate expression for COS hydrolysis was gained as follows r(COS) = -dX/d(W/f(COS)) = 1.82(.)10(14) p(COS)p(-0.5)(H2O)exp -75800/8.374T. The model was tested by mathematical statistic method and residual distribution. The results showed that the kinetic model can reasonably describe the characteristics of COS hydrolysis over TGH catalyst. The reaction mechanism was also discussed. The reaction rate of COS hydrolysis was significantly inhibited by the higher H2O/COS molar ratio.
