摘要
劳动生产率提高的影响因素主要有技术进步和资金装备率的提高 本文利用不同形式的生产函数建立模型 。
The factors that mainly affect labour productivity are technical progress and the capital rising-rate of equipment. This article establishes the models by different productive functions, and compares and analyses the factors affecting labour productivity.
