摘要
作者利用舍饲全收粪法进行绵羊对红豆草青干草的消化试验,收集喂前草样,剩余草样和粪样;用自动绝热测热仪测定热能;计算红豆草的能量消化率和可消化能。营养期的能量消化率为63.16%,可消化能为11.56兆焦/公斤干物质;盛花期稍低为58.91%和10.86兆焦/公斤干物质;秸秆最低为44.70%和8.15兆焦/公斤干物质;衣子最高为79.12%和13.75兆焦/公斤干物质。明显表现出随红豆草的生长其能量消化率降低,可消化能减少。
The shed—raised and collecting all feces method was used to do digestion trial with sheep and Onobychis spp hay, collecting the samples of prefeed hay, residual hay and feces, using automatic adiabatic caloriometer to determine heat energy, caculating digestibility and digestable energy (DE). the degestibility and DE are 63.16% and 11.56MJ/kg dry matter in vegetative period respectively,the digestibility and DE of straw are 44.70% and 8.15MJ/kg dry matter, it shows obviosly that as the grass growth, the digestibility and DE decrease.
