摘要 就不同含水量及添加物种类对紫云英青贮的影响进行研究。结果表明:紫云英青贮含水量以70%左右为宜,品质好,干物质和粗蛋白质损失亦少;米糠、酒糟、禾本科牧草、稻草粉、甲酸、甲醛等作为青贮添加物,可降低青贮料pH值,减少干物质和粗蛋白质的损失;添加食盐和泡水的青贮品质差,不宜采用;青贮料品质鉴定,除测定pH值外,还应进行“色、香、味”和质地等感观鉴定,以及乳酸、酪酸和总酸度等实验室鉴定。为促进紫云英综合利用,开辟饲料资源提供科学依据。 The effect of different water contents and different additives on the dnsilage of Astragalus sinicus wasstudied.The result showed that:A. sinicus with 70% moisture content was optimum for ensilage,andproduced good quality with less loss of dry matter and crude protein;Ricebran,distillers grains,fodder grass,ricestraw powder, formic acid,formaldehyde etc could serve as additive to decrease the pH of ensilage andreduce the loss of dry matter and crude protein;the practices to add salt in silage and could not berecommended;Some sensory assessments,such as colour,aroma ,taste and texture tests should be included inthe quality identification for ensilage beside pH value,and laboratory analysis on lactic acid,butyric acidand total acidity. This experiment provided a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of A. sinicus and development of forage resources.
