摘要
大赖草(Leymns gig(?)eus,染色体组代号为JN)属小麦族赖草属,其体细胞染色体2n=28,具二对随体,其中一对的大小与其短臂相近。
Leymus giganteus(JN genome)belohging to the Triticeae is not only a important forage grass but also a good material for plant breeding. The karyotype shows that there are two pairs of satellites on the short arms. One pair of satellite is the same latge as the short arm the other is medium, most of the chromosomes are metacentric. Chromosome one is submetacentric. Chromosome two is acrocentric.
