摘要
以向日葵的观赏型黄葵花品种、食用型广灵三道眉品种和油用型派列多维克品种为材料进行了染色体组型分析,结果表明:观赏型、食用型和油用型的染色体组型分别为:2n=2x=15m+sm(2SAT),2n=2x=12m+1sm(SAT)+3st(1SAT)和2n=2x=16m(SAT)+1sm(SAT)。三类型品种的染色体长度,相对长度以及臂比的变动范围,除个别臂比外,都不很大,没有超过一倍。
The results of these karyotype analysis of sunflower with different type cultivars show that the karyotypes of ornamental type (Huang- Kui-Hua cultivar) ,food type (Guanglin San-Dao-Mei cultivar) and oil type (Ple dovik cultivar) are 2n=2x=15m+2sm(2SAT),2n=2x=12m+1sm (SAT)+3st (1SAT) +1 T and 2n=2x=16m (2SAT) +1 sm(SAT) respectively.The variable ranges of chromosome length (μm) ,relative length (%) and arm ratio all are not wide enough as to surpase one fold except some individual arm ratio.
