摘要
合作型供应链的特点是供应链的组成成员存在自治性利益要求 ,所以必须制订相应的利益协调和激励机制 ,保证供应链合作总收益的合理分配并激励各个成员按照合作目标行动 ,从而实现供应链整体的优化和协调。本文通过对一般合作型供应链的分析 ,提出一个供应链协调支持的 3层结构模型 ,并给出利益激励机制设计问题的一般描述 。
Cooperative Supply Chain is composed of several member firms that are selfish profit maximizers, so the coordinative and incentive mechanism design is the main problem in supply chain cooperation and coordination. We analyse the coordination problem of cooperative supply chain, propose a 3 layer coordination support model and give a method to design the linear contract based incentive mechanism according to the centralized optimal solution.
