摘要
目的 :研究TGF βRⅡ型受体在胃癌组织中的表达意义。 方法 :采用免疫组化SP法 ,检测 6 2例胃癌组织中TGF βRⅡ的表达情况。结果 :胃癌组织中TGF βRⅡ型受体表达阳性率为 14 5 % (9/6 2 ) ,与Rorrmann分型、浸润深度相关 (P <0 0 5 )。生存期超过 5年的患者阳性率显著高于生存期低于5年者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :TGF RⅡ参与胃癌的进展 。
Objective To study the expression of TGF β RⅡ in human gastric carcinoma (GC).Methods Paraffin embedded material from 62 patient's tissue with GC were detected by immunohistochemical SP technique.Results The positive rates of TGF β RⅡ were detected in 14 5%(9/62) of the tumor tissues.They are related to Borrmann type and invasive depth ( P <0 05)The positive expression of TGF β RⅡ in over 5 year surrival group were higher than that in under 5 year group( P <0 05).Conclusions TGF β RⅡ may be a prognostic indicator in GC.
