夜间低温对两种热带树苗叶片活性氧代谢的影响 被引量:7

Effect of nocturnal low temperature on the active oxygen metabolism in the leaves of two tropical seedings

摘要 3d的夜间低温 (4℃ )处理和恢复 3d后 ,对人工模拟林下光环境的西双版纳热带雨林中层树种藤黄 (Garcinia hanburyi)和上层树种团花 (Anthocephalus chinensis)幼苗叶片中O-·2 、H2 O2 、保护酶 (SOD,CAT,APX)活性和膜脂过氧化产物 MDA的变化过程进行了测定。研究结果表明 ,随着低温时间的延长 ,2种幼苗叶片 H2 O2 、MDA含量和 O-·2 产生速率上升 ,藤黄的保护酶活性也上升 ,但团花的保护酶 (SOD、CAT)活性在第 2天有所下降。低温消除后 ,藤黄的活性氧和 MDA含量有所减少 ,团花变化不明显。这表明 ,热带上层树种团花和中层树种藤黄是以不同的方式响应低温 。 Change of activated oxygen O -· 2 and H 2O 2,malondialdehyde (MDA) content and activity of protective enzymes (SOD,CAT,APX) in leaves of Garcinia hanburyi (subcanopy species) and Anthocephalus chinensis (canopy species) seedlings growing in simulated understory light environment were studied under three days of nocturnal 4℃ low temperature treatment and three days recovery time in Xishuangbanna,SW,China.With the increase of treated time,the rate of O -· 2 production,H 2O 2 and MDA content increased,the protective enzymes (SOD,CAT,APX) of Garcinia hanburyi also increased,while the activity of SOD and CAT of Anthocephalus chinensis decreased in the second day of low temperature treatment.During the recovery time,the active oxygen and MDA content decreased,but these of Anthocephalus chinensis do not change significantly.The results showed that the different ways of adaptation to low temperature stress of the two tropical species and the canopy species, Anthocephalus chinensis were much injured than subcanopy species, Garcinia hanburyi by low temperature.
