摘要
研究了硼、钼与PP_(333)处理对暖季型细叶结缕草抗寒性的影响。结果表明:PP_(333)与硼、钼施用提高了低温胁迫后细叶结缕草叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸的含量,细胞的渗透调节能力增强。其中,PP_(333)+硼+钼混施的作用效果更大,MDA含量显著低于对照(P<0.01),质膜相对透性最小,叶片的SOD、POD和APX酶活性明显高于对照或硼、铝处理的,叶绿体色素降解延缓,较好地促进低温胁迫(1℃,3d)后草坪草的恢复生长。
The effect of boron, molybdenum(B+Mo),PP(333),and PP(333)+B+Mo treaments on cold resistance of warm season Zoysia tenuifolia was studied.The results showed that PP(333)or/and(B+Mo)increased the contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar and free proline in Zoysia tenuifolia, the ability of cellular osmoregulation was strengthened. The effect of application of PP(333)+B+Mo in combination was the best, the contents of malonaldehyde(MDA)decreased significantly compared with control(P〈0.01)and the relative osmotic ability of membrane was minimum. Compared with control or(B+Mo)application, the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)in leaves obviously increased, and the speed of pigment of chloroplast decomposition slowed down. So the treatment of (PP(333)+B+Mo)could promote the recovery growth of turf grass under 1℃ for 3 d.
