摘要
本文利用费林氏(Fehling)稀释液测定还原糖的方法,从定性和定量两个方面,对果汁饮料进行快速鉴别真假。该方法简单灵敏,结果令人满意。
In this paper, the author puts forward to using simple and sensitive chemistry methods in two respects to determinethe nature and the amount of the components of a substance. so that can speedily distinguish true and false juice drink.
