摘要
某大口径火炮的抽筒机构系统完成开关炮闩和抛筒的功能 ,在工作过程中 ,该机构系统有时会发生抛筒不顺利的情况 .应用机械系统动力学分析软件 ADAMS,建立了该机构系统的 ADAMS模型 ,详细考虑构件间的摩擦、间隙和接触碰撞 ,研究了各种条件下的抽筒过程 ,分析摩擦、间隙和复进速度等参数对抽筒过程的影响 ,动画再现了抛筒故障的发生 。
The breech mechanism in a big caliber howitzer plays the role of opening the sliding block and extracting the cartridge case. When it works, sometimes cartridge case could not be completely extracted. By using the mechanical system dynamics analysis software ADAMS, this paper establishes the dynamic model of the mechanism system, in the model friction, clearness and contact impact are discussed in detail. Cartridge case extracting process in different conditions is calculated and analyzed, the influences of friction, clearness, and recoil velocity on cartridge case extracting process are considered, the failure of the mechanism system are reappeared by computer animations, and the method for overcoming the failure are suggested.
