简述运用排队论确定收费亭通道最优数量的方法,以及评估服务水平高低的几个重要参数的计算方法。
This paper briefly describes the application of queuing theory in finalizing the most optimized selection on number of tollgates and the calculation on some key parameters to evaluate the service.
