摘要
用自制的多功能离子束辅助沉积设备在 2 0Cr和 4 0Cr低合金钢上沉积类金刚石膜。通过失重法、电化学方法研究低合金钢镀膜前后在不同腐蚀介质中的耐蚀行为。实验结果表明 ,低合金钢沉积类金刚石膜后 ,腐蚀速度降低 ,其抗全面腐蚀的性能与 2Cr13不锈钢接近 ,而且类金刚石膜显著提高了低合金钢基体抗点蚀的能力。
Diamond like carbon (DLC) film was deposited on 20Cr and 40Cr low alloy steels, using a multi function ion beam assisted deposition device. The anti corrosion behavior in different corrosion environments was studied by weight loss test and electrochemical method. Experimental results show that DLC film improves the anti corrosion behavior of steel substrate. Being coated with DLC film, low alloy steels exhibit low corrosion rate, which is close to that of 2Cr13 stainless steel. Moreover, DLC film improves the substrate resistance to pitting corrosion remarkably. The result of electrochemical meassurement is identical to that of weight loss test.
