摘要
目的 探讨舒糖宝对糖尿病小鼠的治疗效果。方法 腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病小鼠动物模型 ,小鼠血糖升高后 ,隔天灌服舒糖宝溶液对其进行治疗 ,定期测定血糖含量 ,连续一个月 ;实验结束 ,采血测定糖尿病小鼠的各项生化指标 ;取眼球、肾脏等器官进行组织切片 ,在光镜、电镜下进行形态学观察其病理变化。结果 治疗组服药后血糖明显下降 ,总胆固醇、甘油三酯等各生化指标明显低于糖尿病对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;眼球、肾脏损害明显减轻。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of Shutangbao with the diabetes mellitus in rats.Methods To make the animal model of the Diabetes mellitus in rats by injecting alloxan through the intraperitoneal.After the glycemia of rats rose,treated them with Shutangbao liquid by oral perfusion and regularly determined the glycemia content for one month.When the experiment finished,sampled the rats blood and determined the biochemical criterions of rats with diabetes mellitus and tissue sliced rats eyeball and kidney and then observed their pathologic changes under the light microscope and the electron one.Results After taken medicine,the experimental group obviously had glycemia decrease and its biochemical criterions (cholesterol,triglyceride,et al.)were lower than that of the control group(P<0 05),and the damage to the rats eyeball and kidney obviously abated.Conclusion Shutangbao has an obviously curative effect on the diabetes mellitus in rats.
