摘要
以沈阳市浑北灌区为例 ,通过建立灌区用水管理信息系统 ,探求灌区用水管理的新模式 ,以促进灌区管理的现代化进程。简要介绍了灌区的系统设计、功能及应用实例。
Hun Bei irrigation fields in Shenyang was taken as an example to pursue a new irrigation fields water management model for promoting the irrigation fields development by establishing irrigation fields water management system .The methods of how to design and build the system which based on irrigation fields, the system functions and the application example were presented.
