摘要
通过对地理信息系统在石津灌区的应用,建立了系统的分层结构模型以及系统整体功能,其中,利用工具软件MapInfo6 5作为开发平台,以MapX4 5、Delphi6 0作为二次开发工具建立了一套完整的水情监控、渠道信息及配水管理系统,为灌区管理创造了良好的环境.
A model for the management structure in levels for Shijin Irrigation District and the general function concerned are developed through the actual application of GIS to the district; from which an integrated management system for water regime monitoring, information of the canal system and the water distribution management system are established on the basis of the softwares of MapInfo 6.5, ActiveX-MapX 4.5, Delphi 6.0, and consequently, a favorable management environment for the district is made as well,
