摘要
利用石灰溶液 ,采用湍球和旋流板组合净化装置对锑火法冶炼生产中的二氧化硫废气进行吸收治理。在下述工艺条件下 :Ca/S =1 1~ 1 3,液气比L/Q =1 5~ 3 0L/m3 ,净化效率达 96 %。
The waste gas containing SO 2 from antimony production was controlled after absorpted by lime solution in a composite purifier,which is consisted of the rotating steam tray and a purifier with turbulent balls By means of experiment, the purification efficiency could reach to 96% on the optimal operation condition: Ca/S=1 1~1 3,L/Q=1 5~3 0L/m 3
