摘要
本文研究了以硅藻土、活性氧化铝为载体的和无载体的活性碳酸钠为吸收剂,净化低浓度SO_2废气.在60~150℃范围内反应方程式:Na_2CO_3(S)+SO_2(g)=Na_2SO_3(S)+CO_2(g)此反应是一级反应,其反应动力学方程是:以硅藻土为载体:1gk=-197.5/T-3.42以活性氧化铝为载体:1gk=-212.5/T-2.40无载体:1gk=-235/T-2.34它们相应的反应活化能依次为:3782、4069和4500J.mol^(-1).还讨论了反应温度、吸收剂粒径以及SO_2浓度对反应速度和碳酸钠转化率的影响,得出了:有载体的活性碳酸钠在工业上净化低浓度SO_2废气中,具有可行性的探讨价值.
In order to purify low concentrated flue gas SO2 three kinds of sorbent are used. They are active Na2CO3 with diatomaceous earth and with active A12O3, and active NaCO3 itself.
In the temperature range 50-150℃ the reaction is
Na2CO3(s) + SO2(g) = Na2SO3(s) +CO2(g), the kinetic reaction is
with diatomaceous earth, carrier, logk= -97.5/T-3.42
with active A12O3 carrier, log k= -212.5/T-2.34
no carrier, log k-235/T-2.34 Their activation energy is 3782, 4069, and 2450 J-mol-1 respectively.
This paper also discusses that the reaction velocity and conversion rate of Na2CO3 are influenced by the reaction temperature, particule size of sorbent and concentration of SO2. The experimental result shows that in purifying the low concentrated SO2 from the flue gas the active Na2CO3 with carrier is feasible in exploration.
