摘要
以秋水仙素为诱变剂 ,比较了不同浓度和时间对亚麻种子进行处理的诱导效果。种子处理以 0 .2 % 12h处理多倍体诱导率为 12 .75 % ,是获得诱变多倍体可行的最佳实施方案。根据亚麻多倍体主要特征特性 ,采取大田目测和结合成熟花粉粒镜检进行初选 。
The result is shown by comparing the different concentration and time of treatimg seeds Here the mutagen is colchicine. In the treatment of 0.2%.12 hours, inductive rate is 12.75% ,which is the best scheme for the induction of polyploid flax. According to the characters of polyploid flax, the program of diagnosis is that observation in field and examination with microscope are carried out first, in the end, counting the number of chromosome is regarded as a key step.
