摘要
本文对中国产铁角蕨科的对开蕨(Phyllitis japonica)配子体发育,用光学显微镜和扫描电镜作了详细研究。孢子单裂缝,周壁具褶皱。萌发方式向心型。丝状体2—8细胞,单列。原叶体发育三叉蕨型,具毛状体。雌雄同株为主。精子器较大,颈卵器细长。比较配子体的特征,本文认为中国产的对开蕨与欧洲所产的应为同一种。
Uising the light and scanning electronic microscopy, all stages of thedevelopment of gametophytes of Phyllitis japonica Komarov, Aspleniaceaefrom China have been studied. The spore is bilateral and monolete with aprominent perine. The pattern of spore gemination seems to be of centripetal.The germ filaments develop 2-8 cells, uniseriate. The prothallial develo-pment is of the Aspidium type. The prothalli are hairy, broad-round cordateand monoecious mainly. The antheridia are large. The necks of archegoniaare slender and the basal parts of that are swelling. As compared with themain characters of gametophytes in Phyllitis scolopendrium (L.) Newman,the authors suppose they would be in a synonym.
